one piece of 6/4 lumber for the legs, or some 3/4″ lumber laminated to 6/4″

1″ pocket hole screws for plywood (coarse)
eight 1/4″ by 2-1/2″ long carriage bolts
eight 1/4″ nuts with a nylon lock
